How to Look Good Naked (UK) Synopsis

How to Look Good Naked (UK) is a reality television show produced by Channel 4 that premiered in June of 2006.

How to Look Good Naked (UK) is hosted by celebrity fashion stylist Gok Won. In each episode a woman who feels insecure about her body is forced to strip naked in a bid to feel more comfortable with her body and to boost her self esteem. Women are given a make-over but unlike other shows of this kind they are not forced to lose weight or undergo surgery. In the United States the American version of the show airs on Lifetime Television and is hosted by Carson Kressley.
