Foyle’s War Synopsis

Foyle’s War is a period detective series produced by ITV that debuted in October of 2002.

Foyle’s War is set in the town of Hastings in England during the period of World War II. Detective Chief Superintendent Christopher Foyle (played by Michael Kitchen) tries to catch criminals who are profiting during the period of mayhem that war has created.

Foyle’s War aired six seasons and seventh season started filming in February of 2009.
