Don’t Wait Up Synopsis

Don’t Wait Up is a situation comedy television series produced by BBC One that premiered in March of 1983.

Created by George Layton Don’t Wait Up followed the story of Dr. Tom Latimer (played by Nigel Havers), who had recently separated from his wife. At the same time his father Dr. Toby Latimer (played by Tony Britton) announced he separated from his wife of 32 years Angela (played by Dinah Sheridan). The two moved in together and argued about everything from politics to medical practices. Tom successfully managed to reconcile his father and mother and started a relationship of his own.
