Count Arthur Strong Synopsis

Count Arthur Strong is a situation comedy television series produced by BBC Two that premiered in July of 2013.

Created by Steve Delaney and Graham Linehan (Father Ted; The IT crowd) Count Arthur Strong follows the story of Count Arthur Strong (played by Delaney himself), an elderly out of work actor who is under the illusion he is a show business legend. After his former comedy partner dies, he is contacted by his son Michael (played by Rory Kinnear), who wants him to help write his father’s biography. The series is based on the radio program of the same name.

Count Arthur Strong is currently in its first season and second series has been commissioned.
