Buford and the Galloping Ghost was an animated television series produced by NBC that premiered in February of 1979.

Buford and the Galloping Ghost was American Saturday morning cartoon series made out of two segments: first one followed mystery cases in the Deep South solved by a sleepy bloodhound Buford while the other told about misadventures of a ghostly Wild West gold prospector called Nugget Nose.
