Blackstar Synopsis

Blackstar was an animated television series produced by CBS that premiered in September of 1981.

Blackstar was American Saturday morning cartoon in the vein of Thudarr the Barbarian. It followed John Blackstar, an astronaut stranded onto the ancient alien planet. Here, he is saved by tiny Trobbits and helps them fight against cruel and powerful Overlord.

Blackstar aired one season.
