Be the Boss Synopsis

Be the Boss is a reality competition television series produced by the A&E Network that premiered in December of 2012.

Be the Boss is a spin-off from Undercover Boss. In each episode two employees who work for the same company are chosen by the company’s CEO and have to compete in a number of tests. The employee who wins the competition gets a senior management role, while the runner up gets a promotion.

Be the Boss is currently in its first season.
