Empty Synopsis

Empty is a situation comedy television series produced by BBC Two that premiered in February of 2008.

Written by Robert Florence and Iain Connell Empty follows the story of Jacky (played by Gregor Fisher) and Tony (played by Billy Boyd), two movers who work for property maintenance company Greater Glasgow Building Services. The series follows them as they discuss the things they find in houses they have to clear out. They like to guess what they will find in each of the houses and they also like to sing musical hall songs and reenact the routines.

Young Blades Synopsis

Young Blades is a fantasy history television series produced by PAX that premiered in January of 2005.

Young Blades was American fantasy history series loosely inspired by Alexandre Dumas’ Three Musketeers. Under the tutelage of famous d’Artagnan (played by Bruce Boxleitner – Babylon 5, Tron) trains a new generation of musketeers including his son (played by Tobias Mehler) and beautiful Jacqueline Roget (played by Karen Cliche – Flash Gordon) who pretends to be a man. Together, they find against nefarious schemes by Cardinal Mazarin (played by Michael Ironside – Starship Troopers, Highlander 2).

Renting Vs. Buying

Hollywood knows the world, and the way the world consumes content, is changing. It also knows it is going to have to change with it if it’s going to not just survive in this new world order but actually flourish. Even though the actions of its lapdog the MPAA sometimes suggests otherwise.

Many of the biggest movie studios are actively seeking ways to get their content into the hands of consumers in new ways, and the digitization of Hollywood is under way. But that doesn’t mean the Hollywood giants of old haven’t got a few tricks up their sleeve to ensure they squeeze maximum profits out of us.

One way they can achieve this is by tempting us to buy rather than rent.

A Thousand Kisses Synopsis

The Korean drama A Thousand Kisses deals with age differences in relationships.

A Thousand Kisses follows one couple, Woo Joo Young and Jang Woo Bin, who have an older woman-younger man relationship.

Meanwhile, Jang Woo Jin and Joo Mi (Joo Young’s younger sister) have an older man-younger woman relationship.

YouTube is keen to help us all become video creators. But good video creators. And to help us all wring the most out of the clips we’re uploading to the site, YouTube Analytics has been created. If you like statistics you’ll be in hog heaven with this offering.

YouTube Insight

It’s all well and good creating a video and uploading it to the Web. People may watch it, and it may even go viral. But unless you know who is looking, how they learned about your video and arrived on your YouTube page, and which parts of the video they liked or disliked then there is little chance of learning what worked and didn’t work. Which is where analytics come into play.

YouTube has been offering video analytics on the site since March 2008 when it rolled YouTube Insight out to all users. This gave video creators a detailed set of statistics about who viewed their videos, how long they viewed them for, and from where they came. But there was definite room for improvement.

Massive Synopsis

Massive is a situation comedy television series produced by BBC Three that premiered in September of 2008.

Created by Damian Lanigan Massive follows the story of Danny (played by Ralf Little) and Shay (played by Carl Rice), who are stuck in dead end jobs at the local council in Manchester and who dream of starting their own independent music label. When Danny’s grandmother dies and leaves him L10.000 they set about to make their dream a reality.

The Invisibles Synopsis

The Invisibles is a comedy drama television series produced by BBC One that premiered in May of 2008.

Created by William Ivory The Invisibles follows the story of Maurice (played by Anthony Head) and Syd (played by Warren Clarke). The two were a team of master robbers known as the Invisibles. After a life of crime they have retired to Spain but after going homesick they decide to return to England as they can still life comfortably there. A chain of events leads them back to crime and even though they are a bit rusty, they decide to make a go of it.
