Thanks for the acknowledgement regarding the work we are currently doing with Intercall. It is certainly a growing segment for companies who are needing global communications capabilities in “real time”. We have worked hard to develop the language delivery aspects to a point where it is consistent and scalable for organizations with 2 or 2,000 people.
I also appreciated the picture you included at the top of your article. We deal with this on a daily basis and usually see this as a result of machine translation which, as you accurately display, doesn’t catch the nuances of true cultural communication.
