Created by Andrew Davies A Very Peculiar Practice follows the story of young doctor Stephen Daker (played by Peter Davison) who starts working for the medical center at the local Lowlands university. The series dealt with the odd set of characters that worked at university and the commercialisation of the universities that was happening in United Kingdom in the 80s.

East of Everything Synopsis

East of Everything is a drama television series produced by Australian ABC1 channel that premiered in March of 2008.

Created by Deb Cox and Roger Monk East of Everything follows the story of Art Watkins (played by Richard Roxburgh), a travel writer who returns home to a small resort town on the east most tip of Australia for his mother’s funeral. He encounters his first love and his son who he has not seen in years.

Ustream continues to add subscription options as it attempts to make the freemium model work. At least the latest one - Premium Memberships - is a lot cheaper than Ad-Free Broadcasting.

Ustream - From Strength-To-Strength

Ustream continues to grow from its humble beginnings in 2007. It now has millions of users streaming many more millions of hours of live programming. Not all of it is watchable, admittedly, but the mere fact it’s there and being broadcast is testament to the success of the site.

Charlie Sheen recently generated lots of publicity (but not all that many viewers) by hosting his own show on the site in the immediate aftermath of his firing from Two and a Half Men. But the bread-and-butter of the site is its hordes of ordinary people broadcasting their lives on the Internet.

Each member of the family has a secret - mum Alison (played by Amanda Redman) has won 38 million pounds on lottery but she still has not told her family. Father David (played by Peter Davison) is having an affair with his assistant. Their three children all have their own secrets. Alison wants to do something good with the money and starts a charity but soon both hers and David’s secret is not a secret anymore.
