I just noticed that Google is integrating video thumbnails into its regular search results for videos from select sites (pictured above).

Video sites that seem to get a thumbnail are:

• Yahoo Video
• MetaCafe
• YouTube
• Google Video
• MySpace
• Vimeo

Could all this mean that Google might be moving towards becoming a full video search engine, as well as having its own library of videos form YouTube and Goole Video?
