One of their support named Jerick replied sooner than I expected and he was able to teach me what I need to do. Since then everything's flowing smoothly now. Works like a charm. I've been using it with Skype 5.1 and it's very compatible. I am not too techy however with my interview recordings, the audio is very consistent and I've had no issues with my transcriptions. I tried various alternate settings to no avail. I have tried multiple times to get help via email and SuperTinTin's website without any response. I would not recommend anyone purchasing this product unless they don't need to record any audio in their web conference.
