IS THERE A UPGRADE
FOR WEBTV BOXES ?
YOU WOULD THINK THAT WITH ALL THE MODERN TECHNOLOGY WE HAVE TODAY WEBTV WOULD HAVE A VERY GOOD UP GRADE TVBOX FOR 2009.

Why do think AppleTV is the recognized leader? I doubt there is a “recognized leader” just a wide range of almost-workable solutions, slowing expanding in scope and function.

success will come by combining a variety of ways to play – dvr, internet stream, download and dvd/blu-ray will all be necessary. i think it’s entirely logical to think that the evolution of the apple tv could include both dvr and blu-ray. considering the success of the iphone, apple should know that the greatest success on the consumer end gives them as much variety with as much usability.
