Why would youtube not use someone else&#039;s solution? Don&#039;t they have a conflict of interest building their own?

I found this site called Anvato that seems to work with CBS etc.
This service that seems to clearly work better than what YouTube deployed. Anvato&#039;s site claims 30 Million plus infringing views. I bet more than 20 million of these belong to YouTube.</description>
