Rumbling Hearts Synopsis

Based on the Japanese computer game, the anime Rumbling Hearts is known for its realistic depiction of post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD).

The protagonist of the series is Takayuki Narumi, a high schooler whose PTSD affects his relationships with everyone around him.

The anime depicts three timelines: the time before the accident that caused Takayuki’s trauma, a year after the accident, and three years after the accident.
