Vuze shouldn't be blocked or throttled, it should be celebrated like all of the other sources that are trying to provide legal alternatives to the trackers that provide illegal content. There are plenty of places that provide all-legal torrent files http://www.newmediarights.org/business_models/artist/how_find_free_and_legal_bittorrent_sites That site has a whole list. It's going to be interesting to see where the net neutrality debate and blocking of these types of tech are going to end up.
