Democratic Presidential Candidate Senator Chris Dodd made internet history on Wednesday by streaming live through Ustream.tv where he took questions from a variety of internet blogs around the web. 

You can see the presidentialcast here. This marks another step of internet TV being used to widen communication through live video.
