Certainly in the corporate market in the UK we are seeing a gradual change away from UGC back to professionally produced content. There was a fashion for UGC in the early part of this year with a lot of requests for content to be produced with the YouTube look; but ultimately high quality content lasts longer and is more likely to give a higher ROI. UGC will always have its place but if you are trying to monetize content or maintain a high brand value for your product, then UGC isn't the right way to go.
