Viacom is complaining about nothing. If anything Google's YouTube has made them more popular due to the fact that people may have stumbled onto something they like. Viacom needs to relax and grow a pair. I am sure Google is doing the best they can to prevent these things from happening; however, because of the way our judicial system works, Viacom will win, and I will put them down with the people who sued McDonalds for hot coffee and Coca Cola for being sexest (Mr. Pibb).
