The challenge is how do you protect this speech and keep the cyberbullying and harassment to a minimum?
Everyone has the right to their speech but do they have the right to be bullied or stalked because of what they say?
Do extremeists have the right to disemminate the way to make a bomb or kill someone?
Do radical religious groups have the right to speak against the conventions of the norm?</description>
