		<description>It&#039;s not just a US Problem it&#039;s a global problems.
Being a nativ Dutch speaker living in Germany I find myself restricted forced to watch lipsynced movies. 
I cannot watch newscasts from Holland when in Germany or elsewere if the station has bought content.
There are no real subscription services for News in specific languages.
And the funny thing is, it apperantly is not a problem for Radio stations to internet broadcast worlwide???</description>
