   I am a Ham Amateur Operator trying to find a solution for our police & fire dept. Emergency Operations Center, to bring live video of emergencies, floods, earthquakes etc…I am retired and I volunteer all my services and equipment from my own pocket. we train 2 twice a month with emergency drills in the middle. Is there any way we could find a way to work together? If we could develop and prove a working model of your gear and our E.O.C. team, there could be plenty of sales around the nation.    It’s not really an investment — it’s a rental. If you could buy one outright, then it might be an investment.
