Insight24 includes rich media content in a variety of industry-standard formats -- Windows Media, Real Player, MP3, and Flash -- as well as Web Ex's proprietary format. MP3 (audio podcasts) and WebEx formats typically involve a download. It also depends on your computer configuration, Windows Media and Real Player may download the file prior to playing it. But usually, computers are setup in their standard configurations, where Windows Media, Real Player, and Flash formats are streamed to the viewer.
