The Spoiler is the ISP.
In the US we DO HAVE LIMITS. There are upper limit caps.
When does the cap meet the demand for Hulu Video?
I don't know the numbers, would anyone like to volunteer that info per ISP? Comcast, Cox, Covad, Verizon/FiOS, ATT?
Before you say 'i know i have unlimited what are you talking about
, be smart, take heed, and go search you user agreement with them for your bandwidth cap, you do have one.
