The Hava Titanium looks like it’s a good idea and going in the right direction. I think that this could possibly have some success. This here looks like it works similar to the Sling adapter like I use from DISH Network. The Sling allows for you to watch TV anywhere in the world as well. This lets you stream live TV or DVR recordings down to iPad/iPhone laptop/notebook PC and an Android phone. This is really easy to hook up and use and currently a new DISH customer can get this feature for free. This is something that I use to keep the kids busy on a road trip or when I am about to catch a flight. The holiday season is when I think this really comes in handy. You may have to wait for a flight, or it might be delayed. You can watch the news keep up on weather or watch your favorite shows.
