P M ,, in the time of adam, man spoke with one tounge ,,the voice the was given to him from noah ,,, the bird of paradise,,,, .i suggest sir ,that it is not the parrot that speaks like a man but vise versa i say the above with strong intent ,, our species is well known for mimecking,,the animals tricked us ,, even the dolphins ,,we keep beliving we are some how different ??,, this is because man is set against man,, there are no wise men to respect or explain this life,, politics is power ,power is control and control is politics and thats the law of the land of men ,,

they say he will decend into men with wisdom ,,, uniting all the churches ,,, is faith stronger than politics,?/ is oath ?,, self control ,,??
do you need power to stay on board ,, or votes,, or both or more ,,,? ?we cannot un,do what time has eaten ,,politics has become out of date,,,,to keep on settting man against man ,, thats wat creates all of the green house gases,,

the most ironic thing is there is no solution

live life,, find fruit in thoughts of wise things,,, respect the unfortunate ,,,man will always be set against man ,,even if it is his brother,,
each day ,,, every centry ,,, we will invent create overtake what has already been discovered ,,
not only in science but all subjets including faith ,,
wise people explain how wisdom decends into men ,,

we all have feelings both pysicaly and mentaly its a very modern age ,,,

prohibtion on caniabis ,, is creating more crime than it is suposed to deter
,,and ther u have it sir ,,,

leaglise canabis ,, put crack/coke users on perscription and let the wise decend into men

prohibition on canabis was probally the wrst decission since slavery

canaibis was known in the east as ingrediant for holy oil ,,, you should have legalised canabis in 1969,, i maybe you were simply waiting for god to show up….

i dont feel bitter about it ,,, maybe after the formulsr one case ,, politics might get a decent seat , meadia headlines, press, afteral they make money off your backs,,

but i think you done well geting the spin off the front pages

god is on our side ,,, he will decened into men and make them wise,,,
no nosense politics is good ,,, i hope you can even more stupidity out of it ,, perhaps making things much more sensible

today is rome tommorow is rome yesterday is roome ,,, this momment ,,,,now ,,, was the last day of july in 2008 AD ,,,

i would like to thank the united kingdown goverment in taking this momment to share my thoughts ,,,,

Council Tax funds services to individual members of the public.
Is it not reasonable therefore that Council Tax should be paid by all people who gain advantage from these services ?

To align charges with an individual’s ability to pay. why not fund it via income tax because the mechanism for assessment and collection already exists therein.

Would be interested to hear your governments views on the future of this problem
