  4. Great Listing of Public Domain Videos. But, what are the specific allowable uses of these videos ? Do you have some more in depth guidelines or rules to follow to stay legal ? That would be great. Thanks , great posting…

  5. Can you actually download video from the NARA archive. It seems that it/Google only allow streaming playback (not download).
