The studios need to remember that they are competing with free to begin with. If they force DRM on people, it's just another reason to not buy their product. I think it's one thing to steal content, but another thing to take it, if the studios refuse to sell it. I see that more as civil disobedience. if the studios want to force DRM onto their customers, than it's fair for consumers to go out and take it, but if they offer a DRMfree experience and consumers are still pirating, than this seems more questionable to me.
