In too many times we arrive to what the public and the Court has arrive to as a guity plead by the court and/or the jury. when the accused know more about his or her innocents, There are in some cases it has be found that something is wrong from the begaining with the Police department. How many cases need to be reopened, only if a test can be given.

I am writting a program that i wish you would consider, entitled the other side, it will be a program that will reveal the otherside of a crime victim and the accused, facevtoface in a grauded tele. review if they klnow that they were accused wrong, after both have benn tested to tell the truth.
