An "iPod moment" =! IPTV. That's why downloadable content as Cert referred to is not a problem, because it doesn't attempt to use rtsp, which is difficult. Not your fines moment Paul, confusing such disparate terms as downloadable video and IPTV, which by common definition means RTSP-based on-demand.
