They have been talking about it forever. It is quite sad really. 720p/1080i offerings have been standard in the pirate community for ages. If usenet providers can deliver this content at blazing seeds and cover bandwidth costs at $11 (astraweb) a month, their is simply no reason Comcast and other providers can't offer it on-demand with my $200+ per month subscription.
